1. General Refund Policy

  • We do not issue refunds to users' bank accounts or external payment methods.
  • Refunds are only processed to the aapkaprovider.com wallet of your account.
  • Users can review their refund history at aapkaprovider.com

2. Refunds on Order Cancellations

  • If your order is cancelled for any reason, the amount will be credited to your aapkaprovider.com wallet.
  • No refunds will be issued for orders that are dropped after delivery. However, we provide refills for orders that come with a refill guarantee.

3. Refunds for Child Panel Orders

  • If a client places an order for a child panel and cancels it before the panel is fully set up, we will refund the amount to the aapkaprovider.com  wallet only, not to an external bank account.

4. Special Cases for High Payment Refunds (10,000+)

In special cases where a user mistakenly pays a large amount and requests a refund to their bank account, we may issue a refund after deducting applicable charges as detailed below:

4.1. Refund Deductions

  • Payment Gateway Fees (deducted based on the method used):
  1. Razorpay (India): 3.6%
  2. Razorpay (Other Countries): 4.8%
  3. Perfect Money: 2% (Currently disabled)
  4. Binance: 3%
  5. Crypomus: 2%
  6. Heleket: 2%
  7. UPI/paytm/phonepe/gpay: 6% (Charged Fee during funds adding are non-refundable.)
  8. PayPal: 8%
  • Additional Charges:
  1. GST: 18% on the total amount
  2. Platform Fee: 3%
  3. Processing Fee: 2% for refunds to external accounts

5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

  • Orders that are partially completed, delayed, or in progress are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly cancelled.
  • For services that offer refills, we will provide refills within the specified period, but no refunds will be issued for drops after delivery.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders placed for private social media accounts that fail due to account settings will not be refunded. Ensure your account is public before placing an order.
  • We do not offer refunds for orders that experience drops unless the service explicitly includes a refill guarantee.
